Profile

Backend-first engineer who leads development and security at NFCtron, a payment platform for live events, and at NFCtron Pay, which handles its card payments. I have worked across the chain: ticketing and payments in TypeScript and NestJS, bank payouts and invoicing, Android point-of-sale apps and a PCI MPoC-certified Tap to Pay terminal.

    • Own security, risk, incident response and compliance with PCI and the card schemes; led PCI DSS 4.0.1, MPoC, scheme certifications and external pentests of our terminal.
    • Secure NFCtron Pay: Tap to Pay on Android, terminals, key management and its cloud.
    • Lead development of the platform: payments, ticketing, billing, bank payouts, point of sale and mobile apps.
    • Build NFCtron Nebula, our prepaid card program, with identity checks (KYC).
    • Bring AI agents into the team’s daily work, from internal assistants to coding agents.

  2. Core Backend Developer Lead

    Oct 2024 to Jan 2026

    NFCtron, Prague

    • Led the core backend team: planning, code review and mentoring.
    • Owned the architecture of the core services: NestJS, PostgreSQL, Redis and RabbitMQ on Kubernetes.
    • Worked on payment gateways, the ticket marketplace, PDF tickets and partner APIs.
    • Kept production stable and fast, with search on Typesense.

    • Built core backend services in TypeScript on NestJS, with PostgreSQL, Redis, RabbitMQ and Typesense.
    • Worked on ticketing, refunds and bank payouts, reporting, fiscalization and the attendee app’s API.

    A public page for links, browser-encrypted pastes and files, with analytics and mail on your own domain. Runs on Cloudflare Workers, with passkeys and billing. I own it and build it.

    Switches Claude Code, Cursor, Codex and six more AI coding tools between accounts and tracks their usage.
